Dear Authors of ICCAUA2024, If you plan to attend the conference in person and require an official invitation letter, please note that the preparation may take up to three weeks. Rest assured, we will share it with you as promptly as possible once it is ready.
-Turkish citizens and citizens from countries that do not require a visa to enter Turkey do not need to fill out this form.
-To receive an invitation letter, authors must first register for the conference online and then request the invitation letter based on their registration.
-Please note that invitation letters are prepared exclusively for authors whose names are listed in an accepted abstract; we are unable to provide invitation letters for others.
