Join us on May 11, 2019 for birding, food and community. Team up with birders of all levels to count as many species of birds as possible (hit the trails, ride the pontoon, try to break the current record of 93 species)! This event is brought to you in partnership with the Duluth Audubon Society.
This is a family-friendly event where small teams of birders of all experience levels spend the morning counting as many species as they can near the Boulder Lake area.
The 25th anniversary of the Boulder Lake Birding Big Day will include a photography "competition" and the opportunity to partner with Document Spring
https://oacc.us/programs/document-spring/ in addition to the challenge of tallying the most species!
A light breakfast and lunch will be provided.
