This is a signup form to join the waiting list for Runs 2 and 3 of Reunion, a larp organized by Larps on Location.
Run 2 is on 8–11 December 2023, and is only for people who consider themselves to be middle-aged or older.
Run 3 is on 12–15 January 2024, and is for people of all ages.
This form will remain open for signup to the waiting list until the runs have taken place.
You can come back to this form and tweak it at any point – so don't feel like you have to get it perfect in one attempt. The way this works is: you submit the form (don't worry about if it's complete yet or not), and it will acknowledge submission and will display a link that you can use to come back later. It will also will email you this link (assuming you've put a valid email in the box below), together with a copy of what you've written so far, each time you submit it.
Completing this form will add you to the waiting list for your preferred run (or both, if you've requested that). We will contact people from the waiting list if dropouts occur and there are spaces available. Whether we contact you will depend on if the character that's available is one of those that you told us in this form that you wanted to play. (And on if there are people ahead of you on the waiting list who also wanted to play that character.)
If you are offered a place and accept it, you will need to pay to confirm it. If it's more than six weeks before the date of the larp when we offer you the place, you will need to pay the full price for it. If it's closer to the larp than that, then there will be a discount.
(Note: the data that you submit via this form will be used in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, and for the following purposes: to enable Larps on Location to administer your application; to enable Larps on Location to maintain contact with you before, during, and after the event; and to enable attenders of the event to communicate with each other. You can require that we change or delete your data at any time, and can request a copy of the data we have about you. The information will be kept securely, and will be kept no longer than necessary.)
We will share your name with the other people who sign up for the larp. If you get a place in Reunion, we will also add you to a private Facebook group, if you have a Facebook account and want to join. Otherwise, we will not share your details with anyone; and we will use them only for the purpose of administering this signup process and any subsequent waiting list or other necessary correspondence.
