We are thrilled to announce the formation of the Griffins Youth Foundation Alumni Association, to enable former GYF players and coaches to foster connections with friends and teammates, celebrate our history, share your stories, and take part in alumni events and reunions.

As we look to reconnect with approximately 2,000 GYF alumni, we ask you to please complete the information form below at your earliest convenience.  This form should be completed either by the alumnus, or by his/her parent or guardian if alumnus provides permission or is 17 or younger.  Please note that all information you provide will be kept confidential for internal GYF use.
