ExpectoCon 2 Ticket Refund Request
Due to COVID-19, we had to make the difficult decision to cancel our convention for 2020 completely. We are working to lock in our new June weekend for 2021 with our venue hotel, and we will announce the new dates as soon as we can. All tickets purchased for 2020 will automatically be eligible for 2021, and no additional action is needed by our attendees. We apologize for any disappointment or inconveniences caused.

We understand that some of our attendees are facing dire circumstances at this time, and so we would like to honor any requests for a ticket refund/cancellation from now until July 15th, 2020 at 11:59PM CST. Only the original ticket-holder will be issued the refund via TicketLeap (the amount will go back to their payment card). Terms (Please Read)
We are taking requests for a refund from now until July 15, 2020 at 11:59pm CST so that TicketLeap may process our list in one go. After this offer expires, all tickets will revert back to being non-refundable, but they can be resold/transferred at any time. If there are any issues with processing a refund for you, we will contact you via contact information that you have provided. Thank you for your support of ExpectoCon 2!
