Escola de Verão ISCTE-INOV-Molde University College         |    Summer School 2022
Estamos a preparar uma Escola de Verão para si, que irá decorrer em duas fases com 6 Unidades Curriculares (UCs) distintas.
Todas as UCs têm 6 ECTS cada uma.
Poderá inscrever-se na quantidade de UCs que desejar nas datas e horários que mais lhe convierem.
Os ECTS obtidos na Escola de Verão poderão dar-lhe equivalência a UCs optativas do seu curriculo escolar.
Teremos docentes do ISCTE, do IST, da Universidade de Molde (Noruega), e investigadores do INOV.

We are preparing a Summer School for you, which will take place in two stages with 6 distinct Course Units (CUs). All CUs have 6 ECTS each.
You can enroll in as many CUs as you wish at the dates and schedule that suit you best.
The ECTS obtained in the Summer School may give you equivalence to the optional CUs of your school curriculum.
We will have lecturers from ISCTE, IST, from the Molde University College (Norway), and INOV researchers.

A 1ª fase decorrerá de 28/6 a 7/7 ou de 19/7 a 28/7. As 3 UCs da 1ª fase serão:

- CIÊNCIA DE DADOS - TOMADA DE DECISÃO BASEADA EM DADOS
- CIBER-SEGURANÇA E BLOCKCHAIN  

The 1st phase will run from 6/28 to 7/7 or from 7/19 to 7/28. The 3 CUs of the 1st phase will be:
- IoT SYSTEMS
- DATA SCIENCE – DATA-DRIVEN DECISION MAKING
- CYBERSECURITY AND BLOCKCHAIN

A introdução à Cyber Security foi concebida para ajudar os alunos a desenvolver uma compreensão mais profunda da tecnologia e métodos modernos de protecção da informação e dos sistemas . Uma compreensão mais profunda das capacidades e limitações da tecnologia da blockchain, permite-lhe avaliar que problemas do seu negócio poderá resolver. Uma estratégia baseada em blockchain que responde a um desafio dentro do seu próprio contexto empresarial. Conhecimento de como a tecnologia de blockchain potencia aplicações como o bitcoin e outras aplicações baseadas em módulos.

Esta UC visa fornecer aos alunos detalhes sobre os recentes avanços em áreas tecnológicas tais como Realidade Virtual ( RV), Realidade Aumentada (RA), Realidade EXtendida (XR), e Interacção Humano-Computador Natural e Multimodal (IHC), bem como a aplicação destas tecnologias em casos concretos de utilização, tais como marketing, design, engenharia, defesa, entretenimento, saúde ou educação. O curso aproveita as condições existentes no laboratório de Realidade Mista do ISCTE.

This course aims to provide learners with details on recent advances in technological areas such as Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), eXtended Reality (XR), and Natural and Multimodal Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), as well as the application of these technologies in concrete use cases, such as marketing, design, engineering, defence, entertainment, health or education. The course takes advantage of the existing conditions of the ISCTE Mixed Reality lab.
