Now we want to show off what you created and learned with the Art Prof Family, it’s inspiring to others in the community to see your progress and for you to talk about what you learned.

All artwork submitted must be original. If we discover at any point that your artwork was plagiarized, your submission will be disqualified and you will no longer be eligible to participate in any Art Prof video content in the future. Plagiarism is a serious offense and we do not take it lightly.

Make sure the photos of your selected artwork(s) are in a high enough resolution, at least 1920 pixels by 1080 pixels.

Please take the time to shoot good quality photos of your artwork, it makes a huge difference when presenting your work in the video!  You'll want even lighting on your images, adjust the brightness and contrast, color correct the images, and to neatly crop the edges.

A smart phone + natural lighting is totally sufficient, no need for fancy equipment to shoot your photos.

These 5 images are so we can do an Instagram post about your Track artworks on the @artproffamily Instagram. Pick 5 images that you think are representative of your experience doing the track. The 5 images you choose can be any combination finished artworks, thumbnails, sketchbook pages, whatever you want to share!

1. Create a folder in Google Drive and name it with your first and last name.

2. Be sure all your image files are JPGs, please do not send us HEIC files. If you have HEIC files and need to convert them, you can do so at https://heictojpg.com/

3. Upload JPG files of 5 artworks into that folder.

4. Rename each JPG file like this with your name: “Jane Doe_001.jpg.” , “Jane Doe_002.jpg”, “Jane Doe_003.jpg.”  

5. In Google Drive, right click on your folder, and select “Share."

6. In the window that pops up, go to where it says "Get link."

7. Make sure it's set to "Anyone on the internet with this link can view." If it doesn't say that, change it so it does.

8. Click "copy link."

1. When we receive this form, Prof Lieu will email you with a link to a Google slideshow that you can edit.

2. There will be instructions within that Google slideshow for the format we would like you to use.
