The Somatic wound is the first wound. It can start in a past lifetime, in utero or right after birth, and all of the above. It creates suffering that can last lifetimes. During this 3 day intensive, we will meet each day for 25 minutes over zoom first. I will facilitate the first instructions, clearings for the day. I am in EST time zone for Boston, MA, USA. During the intensive, you will also receive emails through out the day with directions on clearings. You will have clear instructions on what to do at your own pace. You will email me back what has happened, is happening with any questions. This is a very effective way of working through many layers quickly. I strongly suggest you take time off during these 3 days to focus on this deep work.

I follow the flow of your body and higher self. You might receive multiple clearings during a day if your body is ready for it or one clearing. You will have time in between the sessions for rest and integration. This is very important. If the body does not have enough time to integrate, it can reject the healing.
