is not the process by which the GWC selects priority issues. The Biennial Report serves as a big picture blueprint for everything the Coalition would like to address given the opportunity. Additionally,
please have a copy of the most current biennial report in front of you, either in a separate window on your computer or a hard copy printed out. You will need to refer to it and copy language from it.

We highly recommend that participants share their ideas with other GWC members for feedback prior to submitting here.
