The Fab 5 Foundation $15k Scholarship Application
The Fab 5 Foundation, Inc. will be awarding five (5) young women scholarships of $3,000 each to apply toward their first year of college.

Application Requirements:

***Must be a female student
***Must be a High School Senior or College Freshman
***Must have 3.0 GPA minimum
***Must submit a personal video (should include your name, location, college or trade school attending, why you deserve this scholarship, and your goals for the future, not to exceed 2 minutes)

Application Deadline: OCTOBER 31, 2021
