(eg. Google Docs, Word, PDF)

Will you be sending the item itself to me or photo’s? 
(if photo’s you need them of each view of the item, front, back, neck, sleeves etc)
Do you have a style sheet you work to?  A published pattern could also serve in this capacity.

If no style sheet or sample pattern how do you want the following shown: 
Size chart, needle/hook sizes (eg. metric, US, both), Stitch counts at end of rows (type of brackets), Measurements (cm, in or both or just in Size section?)
Abbreviations
What format for multiple sizes (bracket, colons, space between?)
What format for Row/Round numbers (highlighted?)
How did you find out about me?

TE Process
I can give you an estimate when you send me a copy of the pattern before starting work.
We agree a deadline for delivery of the edit.
I carry out a first check through, then send you this marked up copy. You can amend as appropriate and send back a second copy to check and so on until you are happy.
If for any reason I am likely to exceed the estimated time I will stop and let you know how far I have got and we can discuss further.
