Hey, Disney Princess! I'm so glad you decided to join us at The Magical Business Retreat 2023!
More details will be sent closer to arrival but you can expect a long weekend of lots of girl time, relaxing some, masterminding new things to help your business and overall lifestyle be the best it can be, time to get *ish done, and, of course, DISNEY!
Arrival is after 5pm on Thursday, July 13th, and check out is by 9 am on Mon., July 17th. Location will be revealed before we go but the area is about thirty minutes drive from Disney, 45 minutes from the MCO airport.
Transportation will not be provided but we will make a Facebook group where you will be able to look for people to car pool with/share Ubers, etc.
The first three ladies to sign up get a VIP Swag Bag upgrade at the event :)
What to expect (everything is optional...if you aren't feeling an activity, you can hang out!):
Four nights lodging in our luxury retreat home that has a private pool Thursday-Monday (beds and rooms are shared but there is plenty of room for an air bed if you don't want to share a bed)
Quick grab and go breakfast foods and bottled water
Dinner at the house on Friday night
Lunch at the house on Friday and Saturday
Swag bag
Networking and collaborating with amazing women
Time to Work on Your Business if you have one (if not, hello pool!)
Opportunity for branding pics Saturday from Courtnay Dollinger Photography (you'll get the digital unedited files and can upgrade with her for edited copies)
Day at Disney on Sunday with digital copies of our group pictures from the Disney photographers
Friday plan: MASTERMINDING (getting all eyes on you and your business!)
Saturday plan: Day to implement everything from Friday, Disney Springs in the evening
Sunday plan: Magic Kingdom Day!
EARLY BIRD PRICING (until March 31st): The Total Cost is $900 if you pay in full and this includes shared lodging Thurs-Mon, all the retreat happenings mentioned above, AND your ticket to Disney on Sunday. The cost of the retreat is non-refundable but you can transfer your room and retreat if you need to. Theme park tickets are non-transferable and must be used on the date with our group. If you have an annual pass, please let me know at the time of booking and that will discount retreat amount. Please reach out with any questions!

After March 31st, the price goes up to $1200 for a paid-in-full spot, and up to $1300 if you need it divided on a payment plan.
BONUSES: Women who commit and sign up by March 15th will also get a strategy call with Lindsay before AND after the retreat.
Not included:
Any Transportation, Dinner Saturday Night (we will eat at Polite Pig at Disney Springs or similar place)
Meals on Sunday
Any souvenirs/ extras at the parks
Optional Upgrade:
If you would like a single room, you can upgrade for an additional $600
Options for paying for early bird pricing (all options are non-refundable and no spots will be held until at least a deposit is received):
Pay in full $900
2 payments plan ( $475 due now and $475 due on April 15th)
4 payment plan ($250 due now, $250 due March 15th, $250 due April 15th, $250 due May 15th)
**There will be a 10% fee added for late payments.

Please do not buy air travel until April 1st as we need at least five women for the retreat to run. In the case it is cancelled due to low numbers, your moneys paid for the retreat will be refunded.
Disclaimer: All precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of participants and you will be required sign a Covid-19 waiver when you check-in at the retreat as there is an obvious risk associated. We will follow local Florida and Orlando Covid policies at the time of the retreat.
