As part of being a member of the Pay the Piper youth chorus, we will be taking photos and videos of the rehearsal process and the final performances. Please note - all performances of Pay the Piper will be filmed.

We require your permission to record and photograph you, however, as the performances will be filmed, your participation in the project is subject to a completed photo consent form with all permissions agreed. If you would like to discuss specific circumstances, please email us at takepart@glyndebourne.com.

Why am I being filmed/photographed?

If we decide to take photos or film during this project this might be because:
Our artistic team need to review the audition, rehearsal or workshop
We want to use a photo on something we are printing like a programme, a poster or a leaflet
We want to use a photo or film on our website or our social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
We want to keep photos and film in our archive as a way of remembering our work
We want to use photos and film as away of telling other people about what we are doing
We want to use photos and film from this project as part of something else like a film, or a DVD, or even a news story

How will these photos/films be used?

We would like to be able to use any photos and films for as long as we need to. We may share or publish this media in a number of different ways, including:
Television and radio
Online streaming (social media, YouTube etc.)
General online use (on our Glyndebourne website/related blogs/emails), including download to keep
CD, DVD, Blu-ray and video on demand
External journalists working on articles about Glyndebourne
With our partners (other organisations we work with)
Others not listed above
