I acknowledge that GIIS Singapore reserves the right to use any photograph/videography taken during event, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph. Photographs may be used in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by GIIS Singapore including but not limited to: view books, catalogues, search pieces, newspapers, magazines, television, reports, websites, etc. Any person desiring not to have their photo taken or distributed must contact person-in-charge via preschoolconnect.sg@globalindianschool.org in writing of their intentions and include a photograph. The photo will be used for identification purposes and will be held in confidence by person-in-charge.
GIIS will ensure utmost care and precautions will be taken to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during this camp. By submitting this form, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Global Indian International School (GIIS) and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers (collectively referred to as the 'Indemnified Parties') from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any injuries sustained by the Participant or any third party during the GIIS Summer Camp 2024.
