The Exchange - Prepared Food Vendor Application
***This form is for vendors selling prepared food such as a food trailer, cart, truck, etc.***

This application is NOT for homestead food sellers - please apply using our regular vendor application!

All vendors must complete an application, even if you have sold with us in the past. It will only take a moment. Once we receive your application we will review it and get back to you within 3 business days with an approval. If you are approved, you will receive an email with an invoice to submit an online payment and a contract that will contain detailed information about the event (and setup times, etc). 

Please note that you will only have three days to pay for your spot and sign the contract or you will forfeit your space at The Exchange. If other arrangements need to be made, please contact us at thewhitesparrownh@gmail.com .

Pricing:
$50 per day for prepared food vendors. $90 per weekend. Power can be supplied, but may be an additional cost. Please inquire with us.

There is a 5% discount for returning vendors (vendors who sold at one or more shows in 2021/2022/2023/2024).

Payment & Contracts:
Payment requests will be made via online invoice upon acceptance. Once accepted you will receive a contract and a more in-depth, detailed event guide with important information that you will need to know. Please be sure that you have entered your email address correctly. Please keep in mind that all prepared food vendors must provide all proper paperwork, certifications and insurances upon acceptance.
