Set up (1-2 hours before the event) - decorate, table set up, game area set up, sound check
Welcome table - welcome guests, help move kids to designated area once Lion Dancers are ready to perform, help collect feedback with QR code survey towards the end
Lead and Organize and obtain food for Kimbap bar. Needs to either be catered or organize volunteers to prepare and provide ingredients to your instructions. All food prep must be done in advance.
Lead and Organize prizes for fact scavenger hunt--possibly red envelopes with chocolate coins (hongbao)
Fruit platter Lead - with fresh whole and/or cut fruits. Concept is for the platters to be beautiful and decorative. Also fruit can be eaten at the event and taken as tokens of abundance and appreciation.
Craft Table support - helping kids cut paper with scissors
Dress up/photo opp - we have borrowed a beautiful lion costumes and will have a backdrop for selfies
Game table - help facilitating different games
Photographer - amateur is 10000% fine. Looking to grab a few picts for the who's news afterwards and pict of lion dancers + students + Mr. Campbell for framed print.
AV assistant - help with mic set up for any speakers, orchestra and lion dance narrator. Possible laptop support.
Tear down (1-2 hours post event)
