Thank you for your interest in getting a mentor in the WiMIR mentoring program!

The Women in Music Information Retrieval (WiMIR) group of the International Society for Music Information Retrieval (www.ismir.net) organizes this program to connect women, trans, non-binary, and other minorities, underrepresented regions and backgrounds, students, postdocs, early-stage researchers and faculty, to more senior women and allies in MIR who are dedicated to promoting the role of, and increasing opportunities for, underrepresented community members. As a participant in this program, you will be paired with a mentor who will offer support and guidance toward navigating challenges and maximizing your opportunities for success.

Time commitment: Four remote meetings with your mentor between January 2024 and August 2024.

Deadline to apply is November 28, 2023.
Matches will be announced by January 2024.
