A "not sport" is a form of exercise, game or activity that is somewhat competitive and has codified rules. It also has to have a culture and an interesting story behind it. Examples include competitive air guitar, testicle weightlifting, or ultimate tag...but those are just a few examples.

Ideally, these sports are not part of major mainstream athletic organizations or events, like the X-Games or Olympics.
