Power of Attorney for Heath Care Virtual Legal Clinic
We need your help! Kids Matter Inc. is offering free legal advice and assistance with filling out the Power of Attorney for Health Care Form for young adults aging out or who have aged out of foster or kinship care and grandparents and other relative caregivers.  We are seeking volunteer attorneys to assist with the event. No prior experience in estate planning is needed. Mandatory virtual training on Tuesday, May 18th from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. 1 CLE credit will be applied for but is not guaranteed. You must have an active attorney license in Wisconsin in good standing.
