WRJ PRIDE 2024 Vendor/Table Registration
We are excited to announce the 5th Annual WRJ PRIDE Festivities on Saturday, July 27th (rain date on July 28th). We invite you to bring your queer-centric message, information and products to share in the park! )

So, what's the difference between Tableing and Vending? Table's are usually NONPROFITS and Vendors sell products at a profit. VENDORS are FREE and TABLES are on a sliding scale - (see below)
  • Vendor/Table space is limited to 40 participants. This is FIRST COME/FIRST SERVE.
  • Please line up/set up at VETERANS PARK on Railroad Row at 11:30am on July 27th.
  • Please move your vehicle down towards the courthouse after you unload.
  • Parade goes 2x around downtown WRJ beginning at NOON and the After Festival begins as soon as the Parade gets back around 1ish. We wrap up at 3pm. 
  • You are responsible for your own TENT, TABLES and CHAIRS. 
  • NO TENTS/POP UPS LARGER THAN 10 feet. Space is limited in this park. 
  • Load IN to the park begins at 10. Load out at 3pm
  • Please take all your trash with you. 
  • IF YOU ARE A FOOD VENDOR with a truck, you will need a permit from the town. 
  • If you are a food vendor who has a cart or table in the park, you do not need a permit.

The Main Street Museum generously serves as our fiscal sponsor in order to allow tax-exempt donations. The WRJ PRIDE Planning Committee is an independently organized, volunteer-led group. The Main Street Museum's has a long-standing reputation as a safe haven for queer community in the Upper Valley.
