EFI offers as many exchanges as possible based on quality matching to your desired location but being openminded and flexible increases your opportunity to be matched.

Communication with You: EFI may contact you using the details provided to facilitate the exchange application, providing program details, and communicating throughout the exchange.

Enrolment in school: EFI may share your contact information and personal data to assist with the enrolment of your child in a foreign school and support of the exchange children while attending.

Visa and travel documentation: EFI may assist, share, and utilize personal data for the purpose of visa and/or travel documents.

Additionally, you acknowledge that EFI may share the collected information with your listed references for reference verification purposes.

To uphold the confidentiality of your personal data, EFI affirms that it will not disclose, transmit, or share your information with any external entities, companies, or organizations, regardless of their nature, in strict accordance with the GDPR and other applicable privacy laws within Canada, the USA, and the United Kingdom.
