Cape Fear High School PSAT/NMSQT Sign Up Form

AS OF NOVEMBER 25th, 2020 -
CAPE FEAR HIGH SCHOOL IS NO LONGER ACCEPTING SIGN UPS FOR THE PSAT. ALL PSAT TESTING SLOTS AT CAPE FEAR HIGH SCHOOL ARE FULL. STUDENTS WHO WERE APPROVED FOR THE PSAT TEST ADMINISTRATION ON JANUARY 26th WERE SENT AN EMAIL ON NOVEMBER 25th NOTIFYING THEM OF THEIR APPROVED REGISTRATION.

The PSAT/NMSQT will be offered at Cape Fear High School on January 26, 2021. The cost of the exam is $17.00 per student. Due to COVID-19, there are a limited number of exams available. The January 26, 2021 PSAT/NMSQT administration will be limited to 40 students (must be in 10th or 11th grade to sign up). In the event that we have more than 40 sophomores and juniors sign up to take the PSAT/NMSQT, we will conduct a lottery on November 25th to randomly select 40 students who will be administered the exam.
If you are interested in taking the PSAT/NMSQT, please sign up by completing all items on this form no later than November 24th, 2020. The $17.00 fee will be billed after November 25th and must be paid using the online payment system, School Cash Online.
Students with a 504 plan or an individualized education program (IEP) who would like to request accommodations for the PSAT/NMSQT must contact Christy Parker by email no later than November 24, 2020 at christyparker@ccs.k12.nc.us
