Please use this form to submit a nomination – use a separate form for each nominee. Please refer to S9.01.01 of our constitution and assembly page (both available at www.mnys.org) for complete information about submitting a nomination. Conference nominations begin February 7, and must be completed by March 21. Open nominations begin March 22, and must be completed by April 18 to be included in the pre-assembly reports. (This extended deadline reflects the fact that nominations from the floor are not possible in a digital assembly format).
