Vendor Session (45 minutes)
1. A vendor session is 45 minutes in length (30-minute presentation and 15 minutes for questions and discussion).
2. A vendor session deals with topics related to the teaching and learning of language, literature, linguistics and/or culture of the Spanish or Portuguese-speaking world.
3. A vendor session can have one to three (1-3) presenters who explain or describe the topic in an engaging format to the attendees; discussion and audience participation is encouraged.
4. Vendors must be registered as a conference exhibitors to submit a proposal.
5. Vendors receive this opportunity as a means to augment their presence at the conference.
6. Vendor sessions are identified as such in the conference program.
7. The AATSP strictly prohibits the sale of materials or services in sessions and workshops during the conference. Presenters may provide information on how to access materials and services but financial transactions are not permitted during sessions or workshops.

IF YOUR PROPOSAL IS ACCEPTED, THE NAME, EMPLOYER/SCHOOL, AND LOCATION WILL APPEAR IN THE CONFERENCE PROGRAM EXACTLY AS YOU PROVIDE THEM BELOW. IF THERE ARE MULTIPLE PRESENTERS INVOLVED IN THIS SESSION, COMPLETE THE PRESENTER INFORMATION SECTIONS REQUESTED BELOW FOR EACH PRESENTER.
