Code of Conduct & Hold Harmless Agreement
As participants at the Bainbridge Artisan Resource Network (“BARN”), minors will be learning in an adult environment. After training and safety orientations, minors, like other participants at BARN, may at times be working independently. We expect everyone will follow the BARN Code of Conduct at all times.

There is an element of risk inherent in participating in artistic processes, handling materials, and operating machinery. At BARN we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our facility users by providing a safe workplace and safety training. In addition, all BARN participants are expected to look out for their own safety as well. 

Permission to Participate in BARN Programs
By signing below, I acknowledge that I am the parent or guardian of the student ("my minor child") named above who wishes to participate in online or in-person classes, open studio time, independent study mentorships or other programs conducted by BARN. I give my permission for my minor child to participate in these programs and agree to hold BARN harmless from and against claims for personal injuries or property damage resulting from my child’s use of BARN facilities and equipment.

I understand that my child will be required to comply with current BARN Covid safety protocols. I will not drop my child off for any BARN class if they are exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19.
Permission for Use of Likeness

I understand that BARN may from time to time create photographic or video records of activities in which my minor child participates, to be used to publicize BARN’s activities and services. 

Do you grant consent for BARN to use photographs, film footage, tape or video recordings that include my child/child’s likeness or voice, as well as any works created by my child at BARN, provided that your child is not identified by name?
