Good Afternoon,

As you might be aware, one of Governor Murphy's budgetary goals was to provide FREE PreK for all. Up until now, the Oceanport School District has not qualified for this expansion aid. However, the district has been given the opportunity in the new state budget to apply for this competitive aid to expand our preK to better meet the needs of the community. If we are selected to receive this aid, it would be included within our state aid funding, and positively impact our school district by offering (in multi-year implementation steps) a high quality FREE pre-K for all 3 and 4 year old children from Oceanport and Sea Bright.

One of the parts of the application is to show that the community has demonstrated a need and want for such a program. This survey will be used to provide data within our application to demonstrate the community's feelings about expanding our preK. Please take a moment to answer a few questions below:
