This workshop is part of the FOUNDATIONS Workshops series at Crossover Dance Studio.

FOUNDATIONS aims to facilitate student's knowledge of the history, culture and the community aspect of a dance style in addition to the teaching of dance technique and foundation. This will be taught over a 3-hour dance workshop that includes time for Q&A, video viewing and other materials.

OVERVIEW:
This workshop aims to share knowledge about the history, culture, and foundations of hiphop dance in a theoretical and practical workshop. This deeper dive into Hiphop as a dance sty;e and culture will guide students towards establishing their basics, as well as introduce them to the concept of freestyling within the style.
This workshop is open to anyone interested in learning or improving their Hiphop foundations, including beginners or those new to the style.
