Here are some of the qualities we need. You don't need to have ALL of these qualities.

Achiever - you get stuff done ✅ and are a self starter.
Communication - good with communicating in English, and good at writing ✍️
Thoroughness and Care - inspecting pages for problems; helping weed errors and spam out.
Management - especially great at people skills? an extrovert who loves to champion a worthy cause?
Calling / Reminding - we need a friendly talker, who is great at listening too.
Flexibility - are you good at going with the flow?

Again, you don't need to have all of these strengths. Each individual on the BPV team will be strong in some areas more than others.
