Transportation will be granted on a first come, first served basis.
All students (including siblings) and/or change of addresses, must be enrolled and updated in school before requesting Bus Transportation. If enrolled in a prior year, you are not automatically reassigned. YOU WILL need to complete this form in order to register for transportation.
Please do not submit more than one request per student unless your address has changed. In many cases, application dates are used to determine priority and the most recent application date overwrites all previous entries. *Bus transportation is a PRIVILEGE, not a right at Imagine West Melbourne.  All students must adhere to behavior expectations of a safe and orderly environment at all times to maintain this privilege.

I understand that my child(ren) must adhere to all Imagine Schools at West Melbourne behavior expectations while on the school bus.  This includes wearing a seatbelt at all times and remaining seated at all times. Failure to meeting Imagine's behavioral expectations of a safe environment will lead to dismissal from bus transportation. *
I understand that bus transportation is available to Kindergarten through Seventh Grade students that live within the transportation boundaries of the school. Kindergarten students must have an older sibling riding the bus or a guardian at the bus stop to be released.  First Grade through Sixth Grade students will be released on their own at the bus stop, unless written notification otherwise is provided to the transportation director.   *
I understand that communication for bus transportation is provided through the Remind App, and I agree to download and utilize the Remind App to stay informed of any changes to bus transportation. *
I understand that if my child is brought back to the school for behavioral reasons, or if my child is brought back to the school due to me not being at the stop to retrieve my child, my child will be placed in aftercare and charged a drop in fee of $25.00 per day *
