2024 Sacrament of Confirmation Enrolment

Complete the following form by Monday 20 May to enrol your child in the Sacrament of Confirmation. A separate form will need to be completed for each child.

Please note that in order to be eligible to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation, students must be Baptised AND in Year 3 or above.
Parents will be required to attend an Information Evening on Tuesday 4 June at 6pm (Term 2, Week 6).
The Sacrament of Confirmation will take place at St Augustines Church, Coffs Harbour on either Sunday 4 August or Monday 5 August - date to be confirmed.
