I agree to abide by the rules of Fawkham & District Riding Club (FDRC) and do not object to data relating to me being kept on a database by FDRC. This data will be sent to the BHS for membership purposes, but will not be used in any other way or by any parties. It is a condition of membership that members or parent/guardians of junior members agree to help at FDRC events and Area 10 qualifiers. Applications for persons under the age of 18 years must be signed by a parent/guardian.

I do not object to data relating to me being held by Fawkham & District Riding Club. I agree that this data may be disclosed to the BHS.
