Stockbridge Middle School 2021-2022 High School Credit Form
Rising 8th graders, please complete the following form if you are interested in taking high school courses at Stockbridge Middle School for the 2021-2022 school year. Enrollment in each class is limited and based upon successful completion of meeting the course requirement(s) at the end of 7th grade.

*If you are currently taking Accelerated Math 7/8 and would like to opt out of taking Algebra 1 next year, please have your parents/guardians complete the schedule change request form:

There will be a parent information session, May 12, 2021 at 5:30pm. The information is posted on the school's website.

Honors Algebra 1: Successful completion of the 7th grade math acceleration course with a final average at or above an 80 OR Successful completion of Grade 8 MathematicsHonors

Physical Science: Successful completion of the 7th grade math and ELA courses with a final average at or above a 75.  

Spanish 1: Successful completion of all 7th grade courses with a final average at or above an 80
