Our schools have been hosting virtually conferences since the spring and hope that our experience will allow for a smooth conference and great experience for all those who attend.

We will use this form to formally invite schools to the conference. Based on the number of applications, we will form committees and send out a committee request form. We may limit delegation sizes to provide for an exceptional experience for all delegates. NOTE - You must complete the committee request form in order to formally register for the conference. It will be provided at a later date.

The emphasis of the conference is to collaborate with schools around the world focusing on RESEARCH/SUBSTANCE and COLLABORATION. We will not use a traditional award system as we will award delegates in those two categories. Our conference focus is to de-emphasize awards so we can focus on the experience while still rewarding those who have demonstrated excellence.

Due to the conflict with some finals in Asia, we were considering opening a second section (or replacement date) for Asia/Oceania on April 16-17. Please note if you would be interested if you are in the Asia/Oceania region.  Schools in the America region can also answer this question if you were interested in joining the Asia/Oceania time zone conference.
