Return standards and conditions
• Exchanges/returns are eligible within 7 days after receiving the package. (This means once you receive your order you have 7 days to file an exchange/return)
• Products are eligible for return and exchange only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact and in original packaging.
• Exchanges can only be made for A DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE SAME ITEM, OR DIFFERENT COLOR OF THE SAME ITEM. not a completely different item.
• Please note Inner wear items will not be eligible for returns due to hygiene concerns
• We reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition
• If the desired exchange product is out of stock, Store credit will be issued which can be used at any point valid up to 12 months.
• At this moment we do not bear the cost of returning the item, This will have to be paid by you.
However, We will cover the cost of Shipping your exchange items ( Domestic orders only)
• If you are not happy with the product, you could always return it for Store credits. Provided the return standards and conditions are met.
How Do I get my Order Exchanged?
1) Make sure the Return standards and conditions mentioned above are met
2) If the desired exchange item is out of stock, it will be considered as a Return.

Orders within Sri Lanka
For exchanges, You have two options (Domestic orders only)
1) Collection Hub Exchange
Once you submit an exchange Ticket (Link below)
Within 1-4 days you will receive a Text message when your order is ready at our collection hub to exchange. Below is the address.
( Fitness island - 29/17 Stratford avenue, Colombo 06)
You simply need to hand over your item & your exchanged item will be handed over to you.
2) Exchange Via courier
Once you submit the exchange ticket (Link below) Within 5-10 days We will ship out your exchanged order and you could hand over the items you received to the same delivery rider.
The cost of returning will be billed on you and We will be bearing the cost of sending you the new item.
