Welcome to a new year of Catholic Faith Formation Classes!  We offer classes for pre-schoolers (age 3-4) through 8th grade.

Pre-school classes meet on Sundays during the 9:00 Mass.

Classes for students in grades K-6 will take place on Sunday mornings from 10:15-11:15.  

Classes for students in 7th and 8th grade will meet on from 6:30-8:00 on Sundays that the Junior High Youth Group does not meet.   The exact dates will be announced soon.

This is an exciting year for 2nd, 3rd, and 8th grade students as they prepare to receive Sacraments.  

**2nd graders will prepare for and receive First Reconciliation.

**3rd graders will prepare for and receive both Confirmation and First Communion.

**8th graders will prepare for and receive Confirmation.

Please complete the form below to register your child for the section for his or her grade level.  If you are enrolling more than one child, please complete and submit a separate registration form for each child you are enrolling in a CFF class.  

An enrollment fee of $50.00 per child will be due on the first day of class (Sunday, September 8th).  We request that you make your payment online by following the link at the end of this registration form.  If you are unable to make your payment online, checks may be made payable to St. John Vianney Parish and may be given to your child's teacher on the first day of class.  Please contact Father George or the parish office if the enrollment fee is burdensome to your family.
