A Facility Use Request Form MUST be submitted 15 calendar days prior to the event date. You will recieve notification of approval of denial within 10 calendar days of receipt of your request. All requests are on a first come, first service basis. In case of conflict, school events will take precedence over requests from outside organizations. Facilities are not available during school hours (8:00am -4:30pm). Non-school days and weekends will require custodial services (2 hour minimum)
