If you are an Alumni who was in Concert Band during your time at Westmont Hilltop you are in luck! This year we are hosting the first ever Westmont Hilltop Alumni Concert Band Concert on Wednesday, November 22nd. That's right, the day before Thanksgiving. We figure the most amount of people might be in town that day visiting family. The plan is to do a rehearsal from 1:00pm-3:30pm the same day, break for an early dinner, and then meet back for the concert that evening at 7:00pm. The rehearsal and concert will both take place at Westmont Hilltop High School.
If you are interested in playing but do not have an instrument, we can make sure one will be here for you through our school sponsored rental program (free of charge). All music will be made available on my website so that you can take a look at it well in advance. Most of the music will probably be things you have played in the past as well as our newly composed Westmont Alma Mater. Our current concert band will also perform with the alumni on this concert so don't worry - they'll be safety in numbers! Following the concert we plan to have a reception - location TBA.
