We solely communicate through our Facebook business page "Hot Head Events" so if you are messaging a personal page, it is not us.

o Darnell Farms 2300 Governors Island rd. Bryson city NC 28713

Setup Time: SCHEDULED TO CHANGE PER MARKET
o Saturday 8:00 am- 10:00 am

Hours of Festival:
o Saturday 10pm-6pm - Open to Public (If you take down your set up BEFORE 5pm, you will not be allowed back to any of our other festivals!)  

Take Down/Clean up:
o 6pm-7pm (must take all trash with you)

Cost: $78.00 per booth. This NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE amount is due upon acceptance to the festival (NO HOLDS UNLESS PAYMENT IS RECEIVED). This will include a 10x10 booth space (You must provide tent, table and chairs)

****After you pay your invoice, join our corresponding market vendor group "Bluegrass River Jam Vendors 2022". You must have a paid invoice to be approved. This is our main way of communicating. Thank you!

Hot Head Events is a juried event. This means that not everyone who applies will make it in. We carefully consider each vendor based on the category you are applying for.
ONLY the original works described on your application and works similar to those juried may be displayed and sold. Additional items may be added but you will need APPROVAL for any additional items
Each vendor must provide their own display.
Cost is $78.00.  Payment is NON-REFUNABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE and is due upon being accepted. An invoice will be sent via email. This application does not hold your spot, payment does.
If payment is not received and the spot are filled, your invoice will be cancelled without notice.
There will be NO location requests for ANY reason other than a medical condition that would require you to be near the restroom. Wall spaces with electricity are very limited and are reserved for vendors who REQUIRE electricity
We constantly market the event across multiple social media outlets. As a vendor, you are required to be a part of our select Facebook group where we discuss ideas, questions, and details of the event. This is where 95% of communication for the event will come.
You MUST AGREE to send pictures for advertising. When the event begins, you will need to post your pictures to the event page on Facebook. If you do not have Facebook than we will post for you. We use these pictures for advertising.
Breakdown after the Event…each vendor will be responsible for: take down of set up and displays, area cleaned, and REMOVING ALL YOUR TRASH! Please DO NOT leave your trash in our trash cans or trash piles outside. TAKE YOUR OWN TRASH WITH YOU!
Vendor Parking… ALL VENDORS/HELPERS vehicles will be REQUIRED to park BEHIND the arena/buildings.
Legal Disclaimer: All vendors participate at their own risk. Hot Head Events disclaims all liability that may arise from a vendor’s participation at the event. All vendors are required to man their own booth, collecting and reporting taxes as necessary. Vendors are also responsible for obtaining any permits or licenses required to sell at the market. Hot Head Events is not liable for any legal matters that arise from the sale of vendors’ goods at the festival.

By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you have received a copy of the legal disclaimer outlined above and agree to all terms. You understand that you are fully responsible for your space and the goods within it. You understand that all fees paid are non-refundable and that the event is rain or shine. You give Hot Head Events full rights to use your photos of your goods, your booths, and your person in future advertising including, but not limited to, online and print.
