Overview of the areas:

Content: (i) Selection of topics, sub-themes and conference speakers. Adaptation of the themes to the reality and problems of Brazil; (ii) last year, the macro-themes were: EdTech, FinTech, HealthTech, Startup Ecosystems and GovTech; (iii) at the end of the conference, the content area will also prepare a report summarizing the main issues discussed and conclusions reached to share with conference participants and decision makers in Brazil who may not have attended the event.

Operations: (i) Definition of format and dynamics for the event operations, including venue, meals, cocktails, lodging, flight tickets and general logistics of speakers and guests; (ii) Planning and execution of tickets' sale, check-in of speakers and guests, distribution of materials, livestream broadcast, photographic coverage and event filming; (iii) Prospecting, negotiating, contracting and managing suppliers and partners for each of these responsibilities; (iv) Follow-up and contact with speakers to guarantee their logistics during the event.

Finance & Fundraising: (i) Opening of legal entity and bank account; (ii) Planning and managing the event budget, making payments and managing cash flow; (iii) Definition of sponsorship packages and fundraising with potential sponsors.

Communications: (i) Pre-event: creation and management of visual identity, website, materials to attract team, speakers, guests and sponsors and support materials for the event; (ii) During the event: invitation and management of press and media coverage; (ii) Post-event: feedback survey, promotion of post-conference engagement events, creation and distribution of material with key event takeaways.

Audience: (i) Definition of the target groups, approach to guests, elaboration of the criteria and execution of the selection process; (ii) Creation of preparation and engagement mechanisms for guests for pre- and post-event.
