The Pinemeadow Ranch HOA participate's in the Federal in kind dollars program. What that means is the county fire program receives money for work we perform preparing our land and homes for wildfire mitigation.  In the past we have earned enough to pay a crew to thin the sides of lower Tollgate Canyon Rd for egress and fire safety.
