Owner(s) of the property address listed above being in attendance at the special meeting of the Corporation set for January 26, 2023 (or any subsequent meeting pertaining to approval of association assessment) and being member(s) of the Corporation under the provisions of Article III, Section 6 of the bylaws, do hereby submit this ballot to cast my/our votes as follows:

Approval of the 2023 Annual Operating Budget and Assessment (a recurring quarterly assessment of $110 for a total of $440 for the year) *

Yes - I approve the 2023 budget

No - I do not approve the 2023 budget

I do not wish to cast a vote at this time but I wish to be counted towards the quorum. I understand that if I have not voted, I will have the opportunity to cast a vote during the special meeting.
