FlyCo Financial Aid
Information:
A-WOL Dance Collective will be rewarding 1 financial need based scholarship for the FlyCo program year 2023-24. This scholarship will grant the individual $100 off per month for your applicable FlyCo program on a Regular Payment plan (if you need the extended pay option, the financial aid will be distributed accordingly). Total financial aid for each program if you are a recipient is listed below. 

  • Foundations = $2,320 for 14 weeks (Scholarship covers $400 of total tuition)

  • Continuum = $3,200 for 20 weeks (Scholarship covers $500 of total tuition)

  • Foundation + Interim + Continuum = $5,750 for 40 weeks (Scholarship covers $1,000 of total tuition)

Requirements for Application:
Desire to learn aerial dance with A-WOL Dance Collective
Must audition for FlyCo (either in person or virtual) prior to 8/12/2023
Commitment to attending the entire FlyCo program that they are auditioning for.
Be accepted into the program after the audition
A MINIMUM PARAGRAPH RESPONSE TO EACH OF THE BELOW QUESTIONS
A clear demonstration of financial need (in the responses to applicable questions).

Next Steps:
Applications will be reviewed by the A-WOL board and other A-WOL staff - it is an outside group that doesn't watch the auditions.
All applicants will be notified whether or not they will be scholarship recipients.
If you don't receive financial aid, A-WOL does offer a temporary work-trade employment option during your FlyCo time.
