***Wichita's Littlest Heroes works with medically fragile children making them an at risk population, we ask that all volunteers wear a face mask while in contact with Hero families, and wear gloves while handing out goodies.***

It is time to get out the costumes, grab all the candy you can find, and get ready for Wichita's Littlest Heroes' 6th Annual Trunk or Treat Fall Fest at Applejack Pumpkin Patch! This event is one of the many Hero "Meet & Greets" held by Wichita's Littlest Heroes that allows families across the state who have one or more children battling a life-threatening medical condition to come together and have some fun!

Applejack Pumpkin Patch shows WLH endless generosity every year by allowing WLH to take over the weekend before their season opening. Thanks to Applejack and YOU, some of the bravest Little Heroes get to have an afternoon of exploration, free lunch, fun activities, and of course, CANDY!

We need YOUR help! Please use this form to sign up to help with the following:

1. Sign up to decorate your trunk and pass out candy, treats, tattoos, etc. **We ask that YOU supply your own candy. Some of our Heroes have allergies and will need sugar/ dye/dairy free candy that WE WILL PROVIDE for you the day of the trunk or treat.** Please arrive at 11:30AM to set up!

2. Set Up/Serve Lunch Volunteer - Please arrive at 12:00 to start your shift.

3. Clean Up Volunteer - Please arrive at 2:00 at Applejack and be ready to take supplies back to the office.

4. SPONSOR - Sponsor an activity, the meal, etc. Call 316-364-3354 or email office@wichitaslittlestheroes.com if you'd like to be the Pumpkin Painting, Lunch, Face Paint, etc. Sponsor.

5. DONATE! This event is impossible without donations of allergy friendly candy, pumpkins, little toys, etc. Please bring donations to Hero Headquarters (203 N Mathewson Ave.) before September 10th.
