FOOD VENDORS - Please note that no open-flame cooking is allowed at this venue.

FEES – The registration fees must be paid in full before the mentioned date. We do not provide electrical cords. All fees are to accompany your registration form. Your registration will be considered incomplete and will not be processed unless all fees are included. By signing this contract, agreed upon fee (as written here on form) is a binding contract between vendor and India Association. It is non-refundable and non-negotiable.

GENERAL REGISTRATION – Registration will not be allowed for any individual or organization that sells items or promotes activities that are illegal and/or against the laws and ordinances of the local, state and/or federal government. The IATNC reserves the right to prohibit the sale of any items prior to and during the festival. Some of these items include, but are not limited to: Silly String, Fire Arms, Ammunition, Fireworks, Poppers, Cherry Bombs, Dye bottle toys, Alcoholic beverages, etc.

LIMITATIONS ON FOOD VENDORS – ALL FOOD VENDORS MUST MEET NC PERMITTING REQUIREMENTS BEFORE SELLING FOOD TO THE PUBLIC. Please note that your registration form requires you to provide an itemized listing of what you will be selling as the festival. Guildford County Health Department regulations for permitting must be met or food vendors cannot operate. Approval for items to sell will be granted on a first-registered basis, (once we process your paid registration). We will provide you with a confirmation of your registration and those special approved sale items. ANY ITEMS SOLD MUST HAVE PRICES POSTED.

EXHIBITOR RESPONSIBILITY - Each exhibitor must name at least one person as a representative in connection with installation, operation, and removal of exhibit. Such representative(s) shall be authorized to enter into such service contracts as may be necessary and for which the exhibitor shall be responsible

SOUND DEVICES - Sound of any kind must not be projected outside of the confines of the exhibit booth

SUB-LEASING - Exhibitors may not sub-let or assign their space, nor any part thereof.

LIMITATIONS ON SPECIAL ATTRACTIONS – The committee reserves the right, upon special request by vendors, to limit the number of like-kind attractions. These will be granted on first come, first serve basis.

CHECK IN – EVENT DAY – 1:00 P.M. is the check in time. Your space is reserved, and therefore will not be given to another vendor, so arriving early will not be necessary. If you have special needs in setting up, please call us to make arrangements that suit you and your display. We will make every effort to accommodate trailers, and set up apparatus so that each vendor is ready to start on time. Please note: the Event ends at 7:00 P.M. unless otherwise notified. No vendor will be allowed to break down his or her booth until the official end of the Festival. The reason for this is sound and simple, other vendors around you have come prepared to conduct business and make sales during the entire festival. The disruption caused by one vendor breaking down results in lost sales to surrounding vendors. Let’s all work together to make this a profitable and fun occasion.

Please note that there is NO RAIN DATE for the Festival. All registration fees are non-refundable, except in those cases listed under “Limitations”. Vendors will be given the option to retain their space, or another of their choice, for next year’s festival on Festival Day. Please make note that PETS are NOT ALLOWED at the festival. This is for safety of the public. NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.
