Let's agree on who will be the lead in advocating and implementing activities under which DPNSEE strategic priority. We have 4 strategic area, each with 3 to 4 activities. You may volunteer to coordinate the whole are, or/and to coordinate only specific activities inside various strategic areas.

Strategic Area 1 - Quality of services and harm reduction

1.0 Exploring full potential of harm reduction services based on the needs of people who use drugs and other connected populations

1.1 Ensuring effective exchange of best practices, cooperation and multi-sectorial partnerships in South East Europe on regional and international level

1.2 Providing the base for quality services of DPNSEE member organisations

1.3 Providing policies on standards for work of the DPNSEE member organizations

Strategic Area 2 - Model for regulation of drugs

All the activities in this area

2.1 Improving the understanding of the model, creating partnerships with governments and other stakeholders

2.2 Involving senior experts from different fields – creating Advisor committee

2.3 Using the success stories and knowledge sharing, good practices and experience

2.4 Supporting development, implementation and evaluation of national drug policies, strategies and action plans

Strategic Area 3 - Rights of people who use drugs based on LNOB principles

3.1 Community involvement

3.2 Legal issues and protection mechanisms- inclusive advocacy

3.3 Fighting discrimination and stigma – inclusive advocacy
