Dear students and graduates of the Master of Mediation and Conflict Resolution program at KROK Business School! We invite you to take part in the live workshop “7 steps in mediation”, which will be conducted by our partner Jan van Zwieten (Netherlands) - Rector of the Netherlands Business Academy, mediator and coach with extensive experience. The event will take place in person on December 14 at the KROK Business School from 13:00 to 20:00.

During the workshop the following topics will be considered and worked out:
- The process and structure of a mediation in 7 steps
- Communication and personality analysis as a basis for mediation
- How to handle aggression and stress
- Practical cases.
