Gift certificates can be used at any one of the following restaurants - Bozu, Samurai Mama, Samurai Papa, Momo Sushi Shack, Brooklyn Ball Factory Cafe or Brooklyn Ball Factory Catering. They expire in 12 months from date of purchase. Each gift card is purchased and distributed in $50 denominations, and each $50 gift certificate must be used fully in one transaction (For example, if you purchase $100, we will give you 2x $50 gift certificates and unfortunately we cannot accept partial use of the gift certificate - so please use it when the transaction is above $50) . We accept gift certificate purchases via Zelle. Once we receive your completed form, we will contact you via email orders@brookllynballfactory.com.
