2019 Summer Excel Training Sign Up Form
Please fill out the following form, which will serve as your son or daughters official sign up for Zeeland West's summer Excel Program. Please pay specific attention to the group and time changes from last year. The biggest change this year will be bringing dedicated weight room time into each group's time. Each session is about 25 minutes longer than last year to accommodate this important aspect of training.  

If you have more than one child, please fill out a different form for each child. Payment may be turned into Mr. Vande Guchte directly or to Mrs. Brookhouse in the West Athletic Office after sign up is completed. The cost is $125 for the six weeks of training and a t-shirt.  Checks should be made out to Zeeland West Athletics. Sign ups will continue until the start of the Excel training period unless all spots have been accounted for. Groups will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

Guys Elite 11th-12th- 7:15-8:15 (Weight Room follows)
Girls 7-12: 8:15-9:55
Guys 9-12: 8:15-9:55
