How to Relax through Stretching with UCC Psychological Society and UCC Taekwon-Do Club
Join UCC Psychological Society & UCC Taekwon-Do Club on Tuesday the 16th of February at 7pm for their "Relaxation and Stretching" Event.

This event will be forty minutes/one hour long and will cover a basic stretching routine that students can use to relax, to increase mobility and to improve their overall wellbeing. The course will not be intensive but merely an introduction to stretching, as many students may not have done these stretches before. However, it will cater for students of all abilities to ensure that all levels are looed after.
