Office of Career & Technical Education 2021-22 Wednesday Work Permit Appointment Sign-Up, In-Person at Abraham Lincoln High School
Starting May 4th, we will be doing walk-ins only.
If schools become closed due to inclement weather, then work permits will also be closed that day.
If you are walking-in, please bring:
1) Printed out, completed, and signed work permit application: https://www.philasd.org/cte/wp-content/uploads/sites/155/2020/05/Application-for-Work-Permit.pdf
2) Proof-of-age document for the applicant such as a copy of a birth certificate, school/state ID, passport, medical insurance card, etc. It must have the minor's date of birth on it.
It is OPTIONAL for the parent to come to the walk-in if the applicant brings a completed application. Otherwise, blank applications will be available on-site for the parent to complete and sign. The APPLICANT (minor) must be present.
